John obtained his Real Estate license in July 2002 and went to work for Cumberland Real Estate and Auction. In 2004 he sold over 11 Million dollars of real estate, in 2005- 13 Million, in 2006- 18 Million, 2007- 23.7 Million and 18 Million in 2008, in spite of a drastic down turn in the real estate market.

John completed his second marathon in 2009 in San Antonio! His goals for 2010 include running another full marathon and as many other races as he can squeeze into the year. His dedication to finishing strong carries over into his professional life as well! He closed over $14 million in real estate in 2009 and will definitely top that number in 2010! John pays special attention to the marketing plan he creates for his listings to make certain it is as effective as possible in the present economy.
